Treat yourself to a multi-course wine dinner on Saturday, November 10 with the Savannah Food & Wine Festival at “A Chefs Collaborative: Return to Southern Provisions.” Featuring an assemblage of five all-star Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants chefs, this flavor-packed evening will introduce bold dishes that are deeply rooted in southern tradition. Hosted at PACCI Italian Kitchen + Bar, food enthusiasts will want to bring with them an empty belly and a craving for southeastern cuisine!

With five dinner courses and four desserts, these chefs aren’t messing around when it comes to this savory feast. The night begins with hors-d’oeuvres presented by Executive Chef Lauren Teague of PACCI Italian Kitchen + Bar, and the festivities continue with a Crudo course prepared by Chef Robert Hoffman of Angeline’s in Charlotte, NC. Following that, Chef Daniel Gorman of Henley, Nashville, TN takes the stage with a hot soup course featuring Spiced Duck Consommé, and Chef Adam Barnett of Katharine Brasserie & Bar in Winston-Salem, NC trails him with a tasty fish course of Roasted Salmon Borscht. Rounding up the dinner courses, Chef Sebastien Rondier of BRABO is preparing an entrée of mouthwatering braised beef short ribs. The night concludes with four dessert courses featuring sweet treats like Sweet Potato Mousse with Chocolate Tart from the PACCI culinary team. An exceptional list of wines will be paired with each course.
